1. General Policy

TNS Travelx Solutions (OPC) Pvt Ltd acts as a travel assistance and booking intermediary. All bookings for flights, train tickets, hotels, visas, and holiday packages are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective airlines, railway authorities, embassies, hotels, and service providers.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after we receive confirmation and funds from the respective service provider.

2. Flight Ticket Cancellations

  • Flight cancellations are subject to airline rules and fare type conditions.
  • Refund amount depends on airline cancellation charges and timing of cancellation.
  • Some promotional or low-cost fares may be non-refundable.
  • Service charges charged by TNS Travelx Solutions may be non-refundable.

Refund processing time depends on the airline and payment gateway, usually 7–15 working days.

3. Train Ticket Cancellations

  • Train ticket cancellations follow IRCTC and Indian Railways rules.
  • Tatkal tickets may have limited or no refund as per railway policies.
  • Refund timelines depend on railway processing systems.

Service assistance charges are non-refundable.

4. Visa Services

  • Visa processing fees, embassy fees, and service charges are non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
  • Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy.
  • No refund will be provided in case of visa rejection.

5. Holiday Packages

  • Cancellation policies vary based on hotels, airlines, and local tour operators.
  • Refund amount depends on cancellation timing and supplier policies.
  • Advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on package terms.

Detailed cancellation terms will be shared at the time of booking.

6. No-Show Policy

No refund will be provided in case of:

  • Failure to appear for flight/train departure
  • Failure to check in at hotel
  • Failure to attend scheduled tour activities

7. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
  • Processing time may take 7–21 working days depending on service provider and bank policies.
  • TNS Travelx Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party providers.

8. Service Charges

Our professional assistance/service charges are non-refundable once the booking process has started.
